HR outsourced. You need help with benefits you call a 1800 number. They also have these hiring teams for what? Haven't they looked at the price of oil. Finish your achieve objectives so everyone can be happy.

HR women got job upgrades within short time, from HR rep. to HR manager directly in some locations, without providing any value to the organization or even providing real assistance. They just sitting like vases. Even the very ordinary work like new hire orientation, processing leaves, hiring new employees, sick leaves, receiving medical testing results for the onboard process...etc. They are not doing their job properly and on time. They don't reply to emails, requests and phone calls. As well as leaving their offices for hours then coming back with starbucks coffee, fast food and some sweet! By the way, third party is making screening and related activities..I advise that third party making the HR work, it will be much better. At the end they are not needed.

Halliburton has a representative present whenever Baker Hughes has layoffs. Halliburton wants to make sure that Baker HR follows the dictated instructions set by the new owner, Halliburton.

When the initial announcement came out, there was an article written about the redundancies to be completely wiped out. This was one of them. Finance and accounting along with marketing was stated as well.

Hmmmmm, wonder why mgt hasn't used the Lean/6 Sigma process on HR like they do production???? Just think how much money they could save by streamlining their processes and eliminating unnecessary positions!!!!!
