I was a offered a trainer position on my team and given a 50 cent raise a few months ago. Does anyone know if they're going to strip trainers of their title and cut their pay, or just lay them off completely?

@ NC I never asked for the position or had to interview for it. He just told me one day he made me team trainer and gave me a 50 cent raise. I was already making $15/hr at that point. Plus I don't even have to do anything except attend a meeting once a month and send team members to the computer to watch videos. I doubt they screwed me
@ NC how much were you making originally?
I don't think they care about trainers... Also, you only got $0.50? They screwed you, I got a $2 raise when I was team educator 1 1/2 ago.
