Sales are down as well as growth. Moog is struggling to keep a float. The CEO figures making cuts is a way to save money and after 2016 we will rebound. However, he does not say why or how it will rebound. Maybe he has a crystal ball or maybe he is just telling the stakeholders what they want to hear. John really needs a plan of action towards more positive trends. This company is top heavy with managers and the next layoff should include them too. Be careful if you want to work here. Your future at Moog will most likely be short.

The YTD performance of Moog stock relative to the market as a whole seems to indicate that this is true.
