CEO 2014 compensation 20.3 million, President 11 million, President WH 7.3 million and that is just three people at the top. Halliburton is top heavy so why not lighten the load starting at the top where it would really count!!! Just common sense!

Laying off at the top ? Now there you go, talking logically again. Those guys are making the decisions for their underlings and they never never touch themselves in layoffs. Remember, they are important. Someone has to make these tough decisions. And even if the shareholders canned them, they all have very golden parachutes in the $$$ millions. either way, they win and you all lose. The only thing all of us employees were here for was to bust our ass in the cold, rain, snow, heat, dirt, 24 hours a day to make all the money. See how simple that is.
