I worked for the company for 8 years and in that time I had 7 different managers. I worked in academics as well as finance. The last three managers I had were the worst people I have ever had to work with. I was constantly micromanaged about my performance and was belittled and insulted on a daily basis. Sometimes they would set up one on one meetings 2 or 3 times a week. No real college would treat their employees like shit. Uop is garbage and they need to get rid of some of the useless, overpaid and talentless management if they want to stay in business. I will be happy to see them file bankruptcy or get fed by the FTC. So sad to hear that management recently took a pay cut - good fing riddance they don't deserve shit for the lame bullshit they put their employees through. I would rather collect unemployment than have to deal with the idiots I used to call my boss. My UOPX degree is worthless......surprise surprise

Seems odd - if the folks being shown the door make big money and have over 6-years with the company that would be most managers, all directors, most if not all of the VPs (in enrollment, finance, academics, technology, HR) most of the enrollment, finance and academic advisers/reps left after the last layoff (depends on what you call "big money"), a huge chunk of leadership...who is going to be running the place, or enrolling students?
