How dare you pretend the core values still matter, even in the middle of large IBM layoffs. How dare you pretend everything is OK with IBM when you lay off people. Exciting new structure. Ever think of why some groups are doing well where others aren't? Did you ever wonder what is going on at the regional level? Favoritism, sexual favors, nepotism.... You want to pretend IBM is heading in the right direction, but in reality you've got these crooked deceivers running the show. Your beautiful, warm, good intended big-blue company is turning into every other bullshit corporate company. And I think you know that, but are putting on this front and playoff wholesome while sleeping soundly on your bed of money.
