Halliburton's fabrication source in Lubbock has lost 60 percent of its orders in the last 2 weeks with orders being pushed ahead into mid 2016. The lubbock site is a tier 1 provider of numerous types of parts that are delivered to Duncan daily. Layoffs are coming soon, 42 hour work week already in effect.
