Thread regarding Wal-Mart Stores Inc. layoffs

After 23 years of great service my store manager was asked to retire ....and any employees worked over 5-20 years in my store are being threatened with loss of hours and given ridiculous schedules csms are being hired or promoted after just 1 month or less and 75% of them aren't even old enough to approve alcohol ...and they also are only part timers .....believe me when I say I've seen this before and I have to say big changes are coming my prediction is amazon will buy out all employees will be parameters and more than half the stores 24 hrs or nonproductive will be closed and made warehouses for online stock .........be aware associates things are changing right now under you noses .. and good luck with keeping you positions hours and benefits its the way of the world no more customer service just the all mighty dollar
