HR must file reports showing balance. But transgenders have no minority protection.

I think what he might be referring toward transgender is the "area managers" but doesn't want to name names as it has been done over and over again in this site. And it's not just white men, its older aged white woman which are also let go. Woman, white, aged and health.... Too expensive to keep.
