How so many of the company's hard working Tm's have been offered shitty packages and given little option to the things they can do in the company. It's gut renching seeing these Tm's being layed off and seeing the ASTL'S who earn way much more than what they work, sit around and give us more shit... Like a certain ASTL Mr. SA NE region now In chelsea this man does nothing but page and eat all day he walks around like he's a whole foods God and really doesn't know how to speak to Tm's .. I would honestly feel no remorse for this person if he gets layed off or gets a so called "package"he is not ASTL material he does not stand behind the core values and is the future of what whole foods is slowly turning into

UMMMMM Wall-mart is having layoffs too! I only heard him/her complain about ONE certain person. I haven't been laid-off yet. And I love my TL my STL and both of my ASTL's. I have worked at a many stores and had really crappy leaders..........especially the ones with no people skills! So there are good ones and bad ones as well as TM's, I'd like to choke a few myself. Maybe your one of the crappy leaders Anonymous170673??????? Sound a little butt hurt to me. There have been many long time TM's who worked their ass off to make a paycheck they were proud of, me included. And I want to be proud of the company I work for, most of the time I have been ;) I'm preparing to get axed after the holidays only because I make the most money for my position on my team. Everyone is scared they might be next.....no one is safe. So if you are a hard worker or a great leader and you know it be proud stand tall and most of all be prepared for the next round (hopefully not) of cuts. I love all my WFM family 10 yrs in the making some of the most significant people in my life .......................xoxoxoxo!!!
Shitty package? It's more than anyone else would've given you. And stop complaining about your leaders. If you think you could be a better leader, why the hell aren't you a leader? Sick of these armchair quarterbacks talking about how unfair it is to lay people off but then recommending that other people be laid off. Take the severance and go to Walmart. See how much you enjoy that
