It's all doom and gloom here - what about positive things, like hiring over 50,000 people this holiday season to help with sales which are, by the way, going to break all records and will propel the company even higher. It's not all doom and gloom at Walmart and there is very little layoffs happening here. 2016 will see the lowest layoffs and things will continue to improve, that's my prediction, you cannot only think in negative term as things are more complex and the company still continues to beat all competition and to grow and hire people. Walmart will stay strong, we will hire. Yes, there will be some people who would be laid off, but in the great schema of things, that's going to be just a small drop in the bucket. There will be stores that will close, but for one store that closes, we'll open 5, that's kind of a good thing, you realize what's not working and you move one, you need to have courage to say that you failed, but you pick up pieces quickly and move on. Go Walmart!
