with a lot of teams being restructured for the ones that survived the assault and will be filling in positions that 2 or more buyers ,tms did. will there be a pay increase to those?? perhaps .50 to dollar more??

When you have to re apply for a job that was done by 2 people before so they can save money you can be assured you will not be getting a raise. Depending on what kind of STL and TL you have it may even involve a decrease in pay. It's all falling into the vague "STL discretion" area
It's the standard "Do more with less" restructure. It's not about rewarding you for your hard work. Allowing the team to make margins which used to spread the profits more evenly (that's what gainshare was for). It's about draining every penny possible out of the store now.
I wouldn't count on them to tell you if it does. So be sure to ask them...
