Did anyone else receive a letter about WFM being sued for running Credit Reports as part of the hiring process without consent?
If you were hired between Dec 2009 and Nov 2012, you're getting some pocket change $24.00, the total settlement is for 802,000.00. Well at least if you were a part of the Florida Region.
The Florida region is run like a yoyo full of false prophets who can lie with no sense of shame as long as they can keep their jobs. We have professional dribblers and bullies in Florida.
they might be able to worm outta this one due to the fact that the background checks tend to be outsourced....
