Expect the layoffs to hit around the 2nd or 3rd week of October. That's when the financial results will be in and analyzed for the 3rd quarter. They will do them now as to avoid the bad press around the holidays and then wait until end of January or beginning of February for the next round. Happens every year like this why should it be any different this year. Expect the most to come from AUO and AiO.
