Is it just me or are IPFs completely subjective, especially when you're ignored by your supervisor when you beg for a mid year review?

That's pretty much how IPFs work unless you're a job grade 3 or below, especially in a high oil price market.
Don't forget us here in Houston, too! I think the general consensus from everyone and unconventional is that unconventionals is now a huge shit show.

Or they're due on Friday and your instructed to "put something together" on Thursday... That sort of thing runs rampid in Midland.
