maybe their would be more room for labor in the Budget if teams didn't work the system by hiding stuff and not counting it during inventory and not putting stuff on spoilage until a better financial period comes along in order to stay out of trouble. Everything catches up with us

This corporation is just so EVIL.
1.) Called ...was taken up stairs to HR office...not anonymous.
2.) I called the hotline to tell on a cashier that was stealing...for my #1 job, Cash up.
I was asked what I was getting out of the call?!? I hung up. Why ask me that. I was doing my job!
Then STL came to me and wanted to know why I didn't tell him first? WHAT?

I did back up acctounting for WFM.
They use to use an outside inventory company that went behind us and recounted! They quit that for no reason....2nd count is good!
I started doing all the Teams spot count to make sure nothing was being counted wrong...I would tell on the teams for padding their inventory with out of dates. The meat dept at PKY was out of control! Told David Holly months before they finally did something and that was due to a guest realizing that they were being sold the wrong meat for a higher price and passing it off as the real deal....helps on inventory!!!!

I was once berated by my stl about the team leader surveys even though they are supposed to be secret. Who would ever feel comfortable telling anyone in leadership anything.
To whom? Our anonymous tip line rings to the phone of the boss of our HR. So much for that...within minutes STL drags the caller upstairs...BIZARRE
