Seems typical. Team leaders are told that they walk on water, and they definitely buy into the unabashed arrogance that is WFM.
Short staffed? Yeah right...
It seems we work for different companies!
The only time OT should be permissible is if you're short staffed and can't get help or if you're waiting on new hires to start.
My tl in the bakery in the MW region would do NO work all day long and then spend hours after her scheduled shift racking up overtime. She would dick around all day going out to lunch going to Starbucks with the tmss and the astl and then would have 100 hours ot every fp. She told me once she did it on purpose cause she used the money to pay her mortgage.
Regional coordinators don't do SHIT! everybody who wants to move up in the company=brown nose
I guess you were or are a responsible TL, mine is not. Andnobody understands why he is still in the company. Who needs 60 hours of OT for a shitty tiny department and sitting in the office ALL DAY speaking about yourself?
Not mentioning FAVORITISM.

TL & ATLS OT is a part of Operations, hence a function of your STL and not Regional Coordinators. I was a TL for 6 years and never got more OT than my TMs.
