Hey Cost Team, as your local troops are sacrificed today, tell me why: (1) there is a President and staff still in Poland when COP publicly announced our exit months ago, (2) there are still two Presidents, one CEO and 13 VPs in Australia, (3) there are two GMs of corporate supply chain under the VP when your Cost Team said we were moving to a BU-centric model, (4) there still is an expensive, extremely retirement-eligible expat as VP of corporate HSE and (5) there still seem to be at least seven layers between CEO and the base of the pyramid?

Supply chain is a three ring circus! No change just more of the same BS....... One manager should be sufficient and way to many levels of mid management.

Why?... because Australia is run by a bunch of American Cowboys and Britt Expats as well as extremely overpaid local contractors milking the company...the rest are just a bunch of useless puppets that just do what they are told..
Expats in Australia need to keep toilet paper handy ... start packing to go home soon !
Totally agree with BSB Fan...Why would you need two Presidents, one CEO and 13 VPs in Australia?,...not to mention the proportion of managers and team leads vs contractors,... last but not least, the 100+ expats and contractors in ABU Capital Projects...COST reductions should be consistent across the globe, not only for US & Canada...
