School contacts like her? Give me a break CW. You must be posting for yourself. Knows her stuff? Cheap looking crap for an exorbitant price. If that's what Follett is trying to achieve then she's the greatest. Is she in charge of sourcing?
People skills are overrated. Just do your job.
She knows her stuff and gets the job done. Just imagine how much more effective she would be with some people skills.
CNS's teflon is finely wearing thin
I liked CW. She was always pleasant to me and she knew her stuff. Follett is lucky to have her.

What a great example of how low Follett has sunk. CW is cold. Her inventory ranges from bland to unimaginative to homogenized. She has run out people who were very good. Yet, I have to agree, due to lack of talent anywhere else, she has become a good one. I threw up in my mouth a little writing that.
She has a heart of gold under that gruffness. She has tried hard to protect her team. CP left on his own. At least CW understands the business and school contacts like her. Don't wish for a KMarter. DG will find someone much worse.
I have been castigated by her many times. Needless to say her results speak for themselves with double digit increases again. She is the only bright spot on the sales front, and also the only knowledgeable one in leadership. You would prefer the CW is gone replaced with kmart refugee?
