Janani Subramanian and Jose Denzyl - enjoy 3 weeks paid vacation in US in-guise of FNM

Also some waste team members like Janani Subramanian - who screw up so many team members life is enjoying FNM and vacation every year. has no brains but is sent to US to enjoy as she has connections. what a waste. why an IC who is not working fine and has so many complaints with HR from her previous team and was demoted from manager to IC needs to go. Now she is enjoying vacation.

Jose Denzyl super waste guy knows only to SQL got promoted due to another waste manager and he is also enjoying vacation and FNM while we team here are struggling with black friday reporting. he will take credit for that also. no self respect idiot he is.

Daily updates or hourly updates on facebook of where they went wehre they ate is there. Such a waste of Target money when we are all slogging for getting black friday reports up. what leadership we have in EDABI that thinks sending a set of fools like this to US will help - that too on extended vacation.

Grow up, geez if u don't like ur leader just quit and find a better job.... Cribbing in this site is not the solution......u reminded me a mgmt story.... A crow sat on a tree doing nothing .... Looking at it a rabbit thought to do the same sitting at the bottom of the tree.... A fox came by and ate him .... Moral of the story ...... To sit and do nothing .... You need to be at the top.... Either try to get to the top (if ass kissing what it takes ....do it). or just quit and leave or keep cribbing staying where u r, I can guess which one u r gonna take....

Anonymous174366 - wat to do...no use of even telling HR as they donot care and need to listen to EDABI leadership while i slog 18hrs to get black Friday reports and MP in great shape.

Let everyone realize how stupid the environment got in name of transformation. Lost our good leaders and team members.

Yes, keep bringing names of the people causing waste. We were able to do it in MPLS with wasted people in leadership positions such as Vicki Wold and Cindy Johnson. Took many years, but finally they are out!
