If John had no decision power in this debacle then he should stop being compensated as a CEO (stock options) and move on.

John Mackey is a wonderful man.He had no part in the decision to layoff team members.Get your facts straight before you start saying bad things about him.You should thank him for the opportunity to work at his company.
