Congratulate HAL on keeping posts/media/news updated on their website as to happenings of the acquisition! BHI has nothing on their website are easily to find about the acquisition - thus always keeping the rumor mil going!

It is posted on the Baker Hughes page and it is not rumors, coincides with Halliburton but you are to stupid to find it.
