Allstate is tied to the stock market. They just cut 1300 jobs in Northbrook and doubled the size of their operations in India. Lets see how long before this comes to bite them in the ass.

05-16-18 Allstate is at it again. Layoffs company wide. All claims processing sent to India. Hundreds of jobs lost and current veteran employees didnt even receive a 2 week notification. President Trump needs to address this ASAP.
Why don't companies ever outsource CEO, VP & CIO jobs to India, rather than outsourcing jobs that earn far less salary compared to them? There will be huge savings for sure, For the salary the CEO makes, they could hire all of these - CEO, COO, CIO, all the VPs & Directors from India.
Esp. when their applications and network fail due to poor code and terrible support from ASPL.
