Troll much? The multiple when you include total compensation is quite high. $1,328.64 per hour versus let's say $13.00 now for the median team member (you can't use average because Stats 101 says the average is affected by outliers like high-salaried RPs and RVPs). Also, Walter did NOT start the company, he was brought in later as was that other overstuffed piranha, A.C. Gallo. When you add up the total compensation (not just salary) for all these figureheads at Global and Regional you get a large number. I won't bother to do the math but listen: It would be bad enough if performance was off the hook, but it's been pretty bad. Wake up and smell the coffee...the cold Allgero coffee sitting in the Thermos bottle from 3 hours ago. LOL. It's not even worth 35 cents let alone the regular price of around $2.29 or more.

Leave John and Walter alone, they mean well.
Well they did start the company........ That is also really low compensation compared to almost every other large company. So I don't see how this is a "cash grab"
My bad, it's not $1,200 per hour, it's $1,328.64 per hour based on a 2,080 in a year which is standard. First-class pay for worst-class performance.
Yes, Mackey's $1 pay is the tip of the iceberg for his pay package. Also note that according to salary.com, Walter earns total compensation including salary, bonuses, stock and options of $2,763,581 million...That's $1,200 or so PER HOUR people. With these unending option grants, the company is being Robbed of its future equity...When will the top shareholders demand an end to this cash grab? Also to keep the free money coming, it's doubling the available supply of stock (just approved last month). You knew when they started crowing about "Conscious Capitalism" and "Values Matter" it was just a smokescreen.
yeah that 1$ pay was a gimmick...
