Did Ryan and Matt Fox get taken in an alien abduction ? Surely it's the only reasonable explanation of why they are totally invisible in recent weeks.
Perhaps they should be reported as missing persons?

Funny how people are surprised by this. Matt Fox ran a company by the name of Nexen in Calgary ($8 - 10 Bn Market Cap) and did such a wonderful job of running it into the ground that the CNOOC came in and bought it 2-3 yrs ago (may have even heard about it in the US as it was a pretty big deal due to Nexen's DW GOM exposure). I know it isn't the popular thing to say but what else did we expect - we cycle the same group of loser through 'Management Musical Chairs' and somehow expect them to not repeat the same mistakes as before. Remember these are Type A personalities, they know everything in the world and all of their f*** ups are ALWAYS due to mitigating circumstances (of course, the mitigating circumstance is lack of brain power but that's a moot point)
I hope they are DEPRESSED. Inadequate leadership.
Or maybe they realised that cutting 40% of houston staff still doesn't change the fact that we are producing barrels that lose us money. Even if they release ALL the staff, that fact won't change. It is surely depressing to them.
Maybe they can't stand the stench of the TRASH that is left.
