Yes, investigation. This is what happens when the investors don't think they will ever recoup their initial investment. They will attempt to get every penny back. Considering many bought in at $70-$100 per share and the current valuation is $11 per share, this possible lawsuit could easily bankrupt Apollo Group. They are not suing, they opened an investigation.
