It is! I thought it was a professional Company. I worked there 4 years! I was In shock! As to how a big Company can have Nepotism, Biased , Non-standard programs, (depending on what yard you worked and who your boss was.. determined your future with Baker) This is crazy! And to numerous to mention other shit! (Alice, San Antonio) yards! For the record!
