Expats are from everywhere and work everywhere. By the way, Expats are to go home once a national staff is capable to do their job.

It works both ways. Many countries "trade" expats where the US will send some expats to their country (ostensibly to train their national employees) and they will send some to the US as well.
If/when we send the expats back to their home countries we will need to have some room in the US for all the returning people too.
I likes coming to US and get job after people get lay off. I work for half of money.
