A few weeks ago, the probability was 51%. Now it is 47%, which is an improvement. However, Duroc is noted in the news as saying that the company is restructuring. Restructuring often takes place under the bankruptcy umbrella. It's important to remember that bankruptcy doesn't necessarily mean going out of business. It can mean a restructure where lots of people keep their jobs.
