John Swainson has nothing to do with Quest getting banged. They did that themselves, with buggy codes from last century. When companies moved to new technologies and libraries they want to stick with the old ones. They have made it so bad it will take years for a new engineer to ramp up to speed.
Dell Software had a BIG reduction on Thursday in USA - EMEA and Apj to follow. Former Quest was really hard hit.

How to decipher Business Speak: Here is a suggestion to you - take the language, put it into google translate and translate to Spanish. Once you are done, take the Spanish translation and translate it back to English. That back and forth translation process will remove all unnecessary and ambiguous words. Helps?
