Nothing is anonymous but the truth shall set you free. I do find in rather amusing that Chevron leadership is on this board. Watson is a jackass that needs to rally his leadership team from this company imploding. You know not one manager at XOM would come to some layoff board.....but this is Chevrons culture, and I would expect nothing less. And ultimately this culture will be the demise of the leaders reading a layoff board. Middle is not the problem, it is the GM's where the problem is. They are out of touch with the workers at Chevron. Upper Management does not care about middle or individuals. The Chevron Way comments are a joke. Way to much politics at Chevron. Get real, stop trying to blame middle for the work of upper stupidity.
