Laying off 15% of the workforce, this company is a joke. The workforce is busy writing and developing new technology but the exec's people management and human capital utilization suck ass. Almost all companies I know are for profit. But without ethics, success is just imaginary and temporary. Such a messed up world we're in. Nothing like modern day prostitution, Qualcomm being the Mama-San.

probably 10% every 6 months until everybody in SD fits into morehouse and pac center campus
15% is not nearly enough. I see tons of deadwood working here. The only way to turn things around is to start purging big time.
"without ethics, success is just imaginary and temporary".. Right on. Ethics and integrity seems to be a concept foreign to Q management. Look at number of seemingly unjustified and questionable recent promotions to VP level ... Some getting rewarded further with more responsibilities and wider scope... Haven't seen any outcome to HR or legal's " investigation" on this. Hopefully they are still looking into it?
