From Barrons magazine today, "Buffett’s $4.5 Billion Bet On Phillips 66 a Winner". Not one word about a takeover ... it is an INVESTMENT.
ANON 144363 is clueless. Read up on Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway before you post stupid remarks.
I'm assuming this is I reference to his position disclosure? Any links to where it says he will be making a takeover attempt?
