I hate to use names here, but i could not have said THAT any better. The boy believes that he runs the world. H has no clue what he is doing, buy has no trouble telling you what YOU and I are doing wrong.

the entire drilling department has !!!!!!! Myself face to face with this guy. Heis from Ireland and in 4 months increased drilling cost over 23%. still believes and passes to his boss that SCM should call the vender selection. Like in "Days of Thunder" WE CANT TALK TO THE sON OF A BITCH!!!

Pretty good assessment of CNAEP SCM, which is a group of self-congratulatory, arrogant individuals who are convinced that THEY run the company. GOMBU SCM is pretty much the same and everyone over there is so angry all the time. Anyone who gives a damn is ostracized, marginalized or demoted.
