It looks like all the hardworking people in TI are let go and junk , non performer still remains intact, ie FFF champion,initiative champions , process champions and so on. . Guys who were let go should not feel disappointed as they have have come out of rot now and will find a better environment,

Really?Are you still there? If not you have no clue who is a hard worker; its your opinion. Maybe you do not know the new way of doing your job, things are changing. We don't know why it happen, Will never know. People were let go maybe they are good workers in what they did, but maybe didn't show they could learn or want to do new things. IT is always changing, either keep up or get stuck in old ways and have to get new job.
