Reply to 147519. Night shift has been a better shift, production wise, & scrap wise. For some time now. That's a fact. We've busted your boss's boss, asking your boss, how night shift gets so much more done, than his day shift. As far as the hour lunches. They were on Fridays, of weeks w/No scrap. Big boss knew about it, he didn't have a problem w/it. Heard they was gonna do it on days about 3 mos ago. Guess they r still waiting on the 1st wk of no scrap. There's still 6 of us on nights.

Both of them will be in trouble without WFT. Warehouse lead would borrow money from assembly guy and then not want to pay his fee after the loan. Lots of them borrowed from the assembly guy. Foreman is in bad shape for as money goes. Hang in there Butch and the machine. They did not like ya'll because of your skin color. Never worked with a bunch of racist like the bunch at WFT. They did not like white men in the shipping or warehouse area. I wish the oil price would hurry up and go up.

A turkey was chatting with a bull.

'I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree' sighed the turkey, 'but I haven't got the energy.' 'Well why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?' replied the bull. 'They're packed with nutrients.' The turkey pecked at the lump of dung and found it had given him enough strength to reach the lowest brank of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a forth day, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree. He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree.

MORAL OF THIS STORY: Bull Sh*t might get you to the top, but it will not keep you there!

Never seen her emails 148707? It will be okay people. They will not be able to play the game for much longer. NOV buy out? Rest assured that they will not make it in the huge NOV world. If Huntsville closes its doors, this "boss" will have a very hard time getting another job anywhere. If this "boss" does manage to get a job and claims experience, it will not be long before the new employer finds out how much this so called "boss" doesn't know. Bosses do not behave in such an atrocious and unprofessional manner. Bosses are not racist. Bosses have some type of education and where with all, to speak and communicate either written and/or verbally intelligently. For this person to have ever been given the title of a "Foreman" or to consider this person to be a "Boss" is a complete and utter hoax, played out by upper management. Due in part to the fact that they do not know any better, and due to the fact they lack the knowledge of ALL aspects of the facility in which they manage. On the car parts business owner and dog breeder, I wonder if all of the extra income has been used wisely. Because they too will not be able to make it in the "real" working world. It will be hard to get past those habits of personal gain while on company time. Rest assure a new employer will take note of such an abuse of company time. Another question for you, Has the anti-freeze knowledge been reported to police? If it has not and you have this knowledge and have not reported it, how much better than this low life does that make you? Even if you have not seen it being done, the officials will still check out a claim such as that.

Someone trying to make it look like the Foreman posted this. Yes the Foreman that throws everyone under the bus and should have been terminated long time ago. Now it's going to cut in on the time the warehouse lead has to sell his car parts and dogs. He should not be allowed to ever own a dog. He would brag about putting anti freeze out to poison other dogs coming around his house. There is talk about NOV purchasing the Huntsville location.

AMEN to that Anon148487. Too much time on selling rims/ personal phone calls and too much time on solitaire/facebook. Well everyone always heard "we did it before with only 2 or 3 people, and we got the work done". That was 15 years ago!! Huntsville Weatherford has gone backwards, and in no way moved forward, back to the same no count folks running the place. Should tell ya something. Shit will never change. Wanting "new and fresh faces and ideas" my ass. Well have fun you two .. you get to do it all by yourselves again. Well until they close the place down, which may be sooner than you think.

Not sad for them. They still have a job. A couple of them would have been fired long ago if they worked for another company. Most companies don't like you running a business on company time or spending hours a day on Facebook.

If its the later of the two... Huntsville Warehouse is doomed. And if the previous poster that said "THEY GOT THIS" knew any of the sorry ass people left.. hahaha well they ain't got it, never had it ... Well guess all the Whities are gone now.... Hummm.... gotta wonder... eh....well except the manager.
