I've see a lot of butt hurt crying on here from former Homer City mechanics. The truth is you made your bed now lay in it. Years of riding on your high horse worrying about your own departments agenda rather than supporting the PSLs that make money has caught up to you due to a bad market. If you guys focused on being cost effective as much as you relied on 3rd party vendors to do your grunt work you may have been offered something decent to transfer. Halliburton can find 3rd party workers to do their bidding at a much lower rate without paying you to move. It's a business. They made a business decision based on the current market and your past performance. Maybe if you put on your grown up pants when you come to work and made yourself an asset you would've got offered something decent to come over.

Even worse than the regular mechanics was that Rob which worked for B&C. He sat in 84 building with some fat HR chick all the time and smoked about two packs a day. No wonder he was cut so quick. WORTHLESS!
