It seems we are much more bold when posting anonymously. I would venture to say 99.9% of the very crude/racist/biggot/small minded posts result in nothing helpful and only cause harm to others.
Let's not forget we are all working to support our family and ourselves, so let's keep the hateful/toxic messages out of the workplace; it's already stressful enough trying to weather the storm of a collapsing oil market. We don't need the added stress and resentment of hateful comments.
