... possible, or just some fantasy posted by HR on the Strategic Realignment page, maybe to be used as a weeder tool? Anyone succeeded in voluntary separation package?

Anon148196: what do you mean "no one can get on now"? If a person volunteers then that just means they can potentially not lay off another person on the list, or just offer less to the volunteer if that volunteer was already on the list. You make no sense.
