Anon148196: what do you mean "no one can get on now"? If a person volunteers then that just means they can potentially not lay off another person on the list, or just offer less to the volunteer if that volunteer was already on the list. You make no sense.
I know of several who did. They didn't get their RSUs but did receive their full package.
