Started near $70. May never hit that level again. As with the trendy activist/debt buybacks, borrow cheap, buy high, print RSUs low. Isn't it grand when companies buy back shares AT ANY PRICE to juice EPS. Good thing those shares aren't counted as assets. Otherwise that's a quick 20% loss on a $5-10 billion "investment"

Don't ya know? Most of the buybacks go right back to (executive) stock options/RSUs. Take a look at # shares used to compute eps over the last 10 years. With all the buybacks, # of outstanding shares should be dropping, right? Not!!
