There's more: it was announced yesterday that most expats on ph3 projects Rosebank and Captain eor will be repatriated before year end 2015.

Yes we were ROM'd in October. We are waiting for the second wave as the poster below stated. This is going to be a bad bad reduction. October's layoff did not consider $40 a barrel! This one will. And of course Chevron is not transparent in the least. Everything is fine they say. Don't worry they say. We have no cash flow problems they say.
CVX Aberdeen was ROM'd last October and is going through lull before next storm.
I remember reading an article recently about how Aberdeen has gone from boom to bust, with shops closing down and so forth. Don't remember where I read it. Could be WSJ.
