So... We were supposed to have a townhall tomorrow to ask questions as it relates to the cost reduction efforts. Just so happens it was canceled last minute today stating they felt they wouldn't be able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner during that timeslot. So instead have opened a discussion board to "confidentially" send our questions to ITLT. Lies....nothing about that discussion board is confidential ..remember it tracks your login.
IT leadership feels it's a risk to allow us to ask questions because they don't want to be upfront and answer truthfully.
