Insider thank you for your information. I have my bag packed! The school I am in is not doing any good.
441 it depends on how you interpret the beginning of the end. January will start the next six month evaluation period. More schools may close after the evaluation if they are not showing signs of improvement. That could begin the complete collapse or set the schools Zenith will keep open and rebuild. The next RIF will be determined by job title and salary. If your title includes vice or assistant you will be let go. If is determined that instructors need to be RIFed the highest paid will go first. Face it, Zenith/ECMC is hemorrhaging cash and are in a survival mode.
Insider: I think the end of the year will be the beginning of the end. What do you think?
Small RIF the end of October. 30 to 35 remaining open next year. Campus closures, teach outs and consolidations announced in November or December. Large RIF coming end of year.
There might be small layoffs. Nothing large. Next steps would be campus closures. ECMC planned on a loss of $200m over 2 years. More then likely the organization will be minimized in size.
927: I hope you are just kidding. The Dallas campus is in such a mess that we don't think is going to last too long. Everyone has their resume ready to go. Even people who are very " loyal" to the CP. You all know who you are!
OP don't say that. I know the Dallas campus will stay open for ever. We have the best CP, the best DFS and the best program chairs. We are untouchable!
The sooner the better. This fraud needs to go down and never, ever be spoken the name of CCI or Zenith and most importantly Everest. In addition, all executives, RVPO's , presidents and all directors/deans should go on a " do not hire list" in every for profit and non profit schools. They all did enough damage already.
