Vast majority are shackled to debt, so they do not have the luxury of standing up for what's right. Unfortunately this means that management's practices will not be exppsed and they can perpetuate these behaviors at the expense of future generations. They are nothing without the employees, but unfortunately people are too complacent to really do anything about it.
