I mean, what mortgage payments? I don't know too many old timers that's been resting and vesting for the past decade or so that have an outstanding mortgage, or one that is more than an their existing vested NQ option grants, even after capital gains taxes are paid on them.

most old timers have a nice chunk of change to lean on
