the 100 million dollar QC execs care about personal integrity ?
Am I hearing people saying that if you have to choose between your integrity and having a job, the job always wins? This may be a reality, but what a sad state.

ZTE! Aren’t companies like ZTE the cause of QC problems. Chinese companies did not want to pay the standard fee, and so, they got the uncle government to step in. Now, they want to come to the source to get the confidential material directly. Hiring qualification is be able to download a thumb drive full of FW and SW.
