We should seek Union help they lay us off first then when you start losing work because of no one available then they lightly trim the office i mean layoff a whole crew save a million or layoff seven office dicks that don't do shit but clash of clan all day we are so top heavy the ship is listing bad and taking on water

On Friday morning when I checked this posting, there were 64 people who had checked this sight , this morning over 600+ have now checked it.

Halliburton would no way ever allow the union to become involved in their business. And a walk out would only help them out, then they wouldn't have to pay any severance pay and all employees that did participate would be denied unemployment. Most people that have worked for Halliburton MFG for less then 10 yrs still live pay check to pay check. So, wobble if you want to, but what will you do without unemployment or your severance pay...the rest of us can't afford to do it.

That makes sense no job and no insurance and thanks to Duncan no where else to work these cocksuckers don't care about anything except making more money why don't any Union or someone go on strike to make them stop pushing around the workers without us they wouldn't have anything

Just because the 30th is on a Wednesday, means nothing. Part of reducing the work force, to save money is the key

And with that, Benefits! For all of those who don't know, let me inform you. Your Benifits run out the last day of the month in which you are terminated or laid off. NOT 30 DAYS AFTER! ...BIG MISCONCEPTION!

So with that said, the 30th could fall on a Sunday and it wouldn't matter. If they don't have to contribute another dime they won't.

The shareholders are going to be poor if they don't reduce the total head count wouldn't want them to loose anymore money.

According to the warn act you can layoff up to 499 or 33 percent of a workforce without a 60 day notice. So the can probably layoff 350 to 400 people without notice.

It will be more than 80 but less than 300. They can lay off 300 people without notice. The 30th falls on a wednesday doubt they do it that day maybe the first. But I would bet before that.

That will be hard to do since there hasn't been any advance notice it's against the law to layoff more that 300 people at a time read it it's the law. I think it will be like 82 when it took several weeks to lay everyone off and cut the hours of the ones left I think it will last a few days record maybe combined layoffs
