Turko needs to investigate unethical hiring practices by QCOM. Purposefully hiring lesser qualified H1Bs over American Engineers because they're cheap is not the American Spirit. Turko should also look into how the conniving Indians have gamed the hiring process so they hire only other unqualified Indians. Time to take down QC.
