Most employees eill be happy be layed off. No body cares, the atmosphere is terrifying, everyone is just going through the motions eith no motivation, no pride in the job. The company is structuraly inefficient. All the seperate functions just want do their part. Problem is the functions are incompatable and the compsmu dies not function as one. Its a lumbering inefficient beurocracy. Take the money and run. Don't look back and NEVER RETURN.

Won't pursue for it but be glad being laid off to take a better package
this is common at the end of the quarter. They have to have them off the books by Sept 30.
