Someone please tell me how in the f_ _k Mike McEneany still has his job?? Shows up at the store to meet with school VP asks manager how long have we operated the store and how much is the commission. Are you kidding me Mike how about looking at the contract before you show up!!

Some of us remember how Mike was hired. He was given a salary larger than other marketing VPs even though he was new because it was mandatory that he relocated from the Midwest to the more expensive northeast in the middle of his territory. He claimed to have had his home on the market but never did and then after Joe retired, Mike said he wasn't going to relocate. So his boss, Pat said, " ok". So Follett pays him to fly each week to his territory which ends us being 3-4 days per week in his actual territory, and you wonder why we are losing so often in the northeast. That's the difference between us and Barnes- they would never make such a rookie decision as this.
